Cut off percentage for admission into management programmes
The cut-off percentage for admission into management programmes of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for January 2011 and July 2011 sessions secured in CAT/MAT/ State level entrance tests has been decided by the university authorities to be kept at 40 per cent.
Students whose marks do not reflect the score in terms of percentage and/or percentile will in such case have to appear in the OPEN MAT which is to be conducted by the university on February 13, 2011. However, candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance test for admission into management programmes conducted by institutions like CAT, MAT and State-level tests need not appear in the OPENMAT.
The score of entrance tests given in percentile needs to be converted into percentage based on the maximum score and actual score secured.
