IGNOU’s term end exams from December 1 to 30

The termend examination for December 2010 of the Indira Gandhi National Open University will be conducted from December 1 to 30.

The university has set up 824 examination centres, including 51 overseas centres, 35 centres in jails for the inmates and 60 centres at partner institutes for convergence students. The hall tickets (examination intimation clips) have been issued to 3,586,15 eligible students, who had applied for the termend examination. The detailed hall tickets are available on the IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in. The students can also download the hall tickets from the university website.The authorities at the examination centres have been instructed to allow students to appear for the examination even if they do not possess the hall ticket (examination intimation slips), but if their names exist in the list of examinees for that centre.

The students should produce the identity card issued by the university during the examination. Mobile phones are not permitted. Separate hall tickets will be issued to the students of BCA and MCA for termend practical examinations.
