IGNOU starts online training programme for teachers
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has started an online capacity development programme for teachers covering topics like evaluation of assignments, development of study skills and usage of new technologies for student support.

IGNOU to Offer New French Language Courses
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Embassy of France and Universite Stendhal – Grenoble3 have collaborated in order to start two new courses in French language. The termend examination for December 2010 of the Indira Gandhi National Open University will be conducted from December 1 to 30.
