IGNOU and MAAC offers BA in 3D animation and visual effects
Indira Gandhi National Open University and Animation education leader, Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC) offers a three years bachelor of art degree BA in 3D animation and visual effects for 10+2 students. As part of the tie-up, the institutes jointly offers a flagship BA degree in 3D animation and visual effects (36 Months) at MAAC centers, including Sector-62, Noida curriculum is stewarded by a joint coordination committee of IGNOU and MAAC.
In addition to detailed technical and creative skills, the bachelor’s degree curriculum imparts soft skills, business and production management training to students. Last Date for submission of application form is 25 January, 2010. Application forms can be obtained from the Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC) centers on Monday to Saturday.
Aspiring candidate must be a 10+2 in any discipline and will have to attempt entrance exam to qualify for the admission process.
Selection Process: Aptitude test and personal interview

Iwould like to get information about the B.A. 3D Animation course at ignou for a student who has already done 10 plus 2 and a Diploma/Degree Course in 2D and 3D Animation from St. Xaviers’ College of Communication, Mumbai.
