IGNOU starts a new course in financial markets practice
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on has started a new course in financial markets practice, which will commence from January 2010.

With what was supposed to be IGNOU’s first attempt for online admissions through the IGNOU Engineering Aptitude Test (IGNEAT), has now been deferred to December 27, 2009, and will not be conducted online.
